After that, you will see a page display like the following (see picture). To create an Apple account, click “Account,” located on the right side of the page.
When you already have an Apple account, you can directly enter your e-mail address and password and click “Sign In.”
But if you don't have an Apple account yet, you can click “Create Apple ID” to create a new one.Click “JOIN THE APPLE DEVELOPER PROGRAM”
So that you can publish an application, you can directly select “Join the Apple Developer Program,” which is located at the bottom of the page (see image).
By selecting this option, you can get directions for developing, distributing, and managing mobile applications on the Application Store. You'll also get access to beta software, advanced application capabilities, beta testing tools, dan application analytics.Click “ENROLL”
Click “Enroll” to immediately register for the application you want to publish. The “Enroll” button is at the top right of the page (see image).Click “START YOUR ENROLLMENT”
Once you have clicked “Enroll,” it is time to start registration. Before that, if you want to register yourself as an organization, then you need to pay attention to the following things:
D-U-N-S Number
The DUNS number is a standard number used to identify an internationally recognized company. You need to register and provide all the completeness to get this number, such as a company deed, SIUP, TDP, and others. To register your DUNS Number, you can access the guidance provided.
Legal Entity Status
Your organization must be a legal entity to enter into a contract with Apple.Legal Binding Authority
You must have the legal authority to bind your organization to a legal agreement. You must be the founder or owner, a member of the executive team, a senior project lead, or have legal powers delegated by a senior employee.
Click the “Start Your Enrollment” button at the bottom of the page.
Choose Account Type
After that, you can immediately choose the type of Apple account you want. Whether the account is an individual, a company, or a government, noted them are a must, especially when you select:
“Individual,” then your full name will be displayed in the Application Store. You must use the name listed on your credit card.
“Company,” then you must have a DUNS Number. If you don't have a DUNS Number, you can register at https://developer.apple.com/enroll/duns-lookup.

8. Contact Information
You must fill in several things to register a new Apple account. You must fill in several things: legal name, phone, address line 1, address line 2 (optional), town/city, postal code, and country (see picture).
9. Terms and Conditions
After completing all the required fields, you can immediately read and understand the terms and conditions owned by Apple. Put a tick (✓) in the already available checkbox if you understand. After that, click “Continue” to proceed to the next stage.
10. Check Contact Information
To avoid misinformation, you need to re-check some of the data that you have previously entered. If it is correct, you can proceed to the next stage if it is correct by pressing “Continue.”
11. Complete Payment
To complete your payment, you need to record the Enrollment ID provided after filling in your contact information (see image). Enrollment ID is useful if you want to contact Apple. It's processed before you request it. After taking notes, click “Purchase.”
12. Complete Payment Information
At the next stage, you need to provide information about payment, such as credit card type, number, cardholder's name, and so on (see picture).
13. After your payment is processed, you will receive an e-mail from Apple Developer Program Support regarding activating and accessing your items. In general, this may take up to two (2) business days.
ACTIVATE APPLE ACCOUNT
Apple account creation is complete! Within 1-2 days, you will receive an e-mail from Apple useful for activating your account. Click on the Activation Code Link-provided (see picture).
Note:
Please note that if you want to publish your app to the Application Store (iOS), you will need to have your own Apple Developer ID. If you don't have an Apple Developer ID yet, you can create one immediately following the steps provided and pay Apple USD99.
You can make payments with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express.
The payment information provided must match the registration information (enrollment information). If these two data are not the same, your registration will delay, and you may ask to provide a copy of a government-issued ID.
